Nasir Jute Industries Limited, a subsidiary of Nasir Group, is going to start production of Jute Yarn/Twine and other Jute products with production capacity of 100 M.Tons per day. Its install total spindles will be 7,872 and 56 looms.
Nasir Jute Industries Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Jute Yarn/Twine and Jute goods manufacturing plant. We are willing to export high quality Jute Yarn/Twine products like CRX, CRT, CRM, CB, Hessain & Sacking and B.Twill, Binola, Hessian Cloth, Sliver Cut, Silver Role, Soil Saver etc. to all over the world and is seeking your cooperation. What is Jute? Jute is a natural fiber that is extracted from the bark of the jute vegetable plant. It is a long, soft and shiny fiber that is one of the strongest natural fibers in the world, and is the second most produced fiber after cotton. Jute has the ability to be blended with other fibers both synthetic and natural, and accepts natural, reactive and pigment dyes.

- Jute is a natural best fiber with good spendable character. Two major manufactured products from jute fiber are – Jute Yarn & Jute Twine.
- Jute twine is a light string or strong thread composed of two or smaller strands or jute yarns twisted together. Jute twine (twisted yarns) is a 100% biodegradable and pollution free natural packaging material.
- Jute yarn and twine, spun from raw jute fiber used for weaving, knitting of various types of jute fabrics. About 90% of jute fiber spun into yarn for fabrics. Fine jute yarn is very essential for the production of diversified jute goods. Our jute yarn and jute twine are very popular for its quality and softness.
- Jute yarn is spun and prepared for use in weaving, knitting, manufacturing sewing thread, jute yarns have single or multiple ply.
- It is usually bleached, dyed, processed to serve various purposes. Various dimensions of Jute fiber plied together to make jute yarn or jute twines / jute string or jute thread, ropes etc. as per requirement and use. These are used for the purpose of tying, knotting, binding, etc. particularly for agricultural commodities.
- The types of jute yarn / twine manufactured can be classified according to the application or use to which they are put i.e. fine yarns, hessian yarns, carpet, sacking yarns, etc. These yarns can be further classified into warp and weft yarns, the warp yarns normally being superior to the weft yarns as they have to withstand the cycles of stress during weaving while the weft yarns act more as filler and undergo less strain during weaving process.
